presently holding senior executive management

General Manager & Managing Director of Gulf Paper

Rashed & Partners Co., Board Member of Rawdha &
Hawally Co-operative Society, Partner of Al Mashora
Legal Consultants. He is also the Member of Kuwaiti
Lawyers Society.

Mr. Salem A. Al-Ghadhoori

 Mr.
Salem holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer
Engineering and Electronics Communication from
the Southern University's A&M College in
Louisiana, USA. Currently a member of Project
Management Institute (PMI), USA and American
Society for Quality (ASC). Mr. Salem completed
his higher studies from Kuwait University. He
also participated in many regional and
international specialized activities. All that
will positively and professionally reflect
the development and management of Kuwait
Computer Company and its continuous strategies
to serve and provide all customers with new
technology and IT needs in the Kuwait and GCC

Mr. Mazen A. Ishbib
Director of Operations
 Mr.
Mazen Ishbib earned a Bachelors Degree in Computer
Science and Management from University of Texas,
USA. He has develop, manage and implement IT
solutions for various Fortune 500 companies in the
United States. Before joining Hasibat, he worked for
JPMorgan Chase Bank as a Global Operations Manager
and coordinated technology efforts from across the
globe. Previously, he worked for American Airlines/Sabre
as a Consultant Engineer. He is certified in Risk
and Change Control Management, Staff Conflict
Management, and Budget Forecasting. He has extensive
project management knowledge and experience that he
has acquired over his past 17 years.

 Mr.
Yahya Mahdawi holds a Bachelors Degree in
Electronics & Communication Engineering, Applied
Science University (Jordan). With more than 10 years
of experience in IT integrated solutions in Saudi
Arabia, Kuwait and Jordan. He is currently
responsible for actively driving and managing the
technology evaluation stage and proposals
preparations of sales process, working in
conjunction with the extended sales team as the key
technical consultant and products supporter for all
Solutions and Services that HIT offers.
