Kuwait Computer Company S.A.K.C. becomes Hasibat Holding K.S.C.C.

The management and board of Kuwait Computer Company (KCC) are proud to announce that KCC has become a holding company and renamed to Hasibat Holding.
The restructure of Kuwait Computer Company (Hasibat) and changing the name to Hasibat Holding Company was in March 2004. Kuwait Computer Company S.A.K.C. better known as Hasibat was formed in 1983 as the first Kuwaiti information technology company to be publicly listed at the Kuwait Stock Exchange.
With over 20 years of experience, the company has evolved from a mere box selling company, to the provider of complex banking and turnkey solutions. Hasibat Holding company comprises of the following companies: Hasibat Information Technology, Kuwait International Consultancy, Daleel International (BPO), and Gazelle Express.
