Technical Support provides customers with first
level technical support and are connected to second
level support of represented companies in the Middle
East, Europe, Japan, and North America. HIT
maintains either direct online access or Internet
access to various databases of hardware and software
information support centers.
During the planning, installation, implementation
and warranty period of new HIT supplied
equipment, both hardware and software support
services are fully available to the customer without
additional charges. |
